Become a National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) Master Trainer

What do you need to become a Master Trainer?
Prior to the training, you will need to:
- have completed National DPP lifestyle coach training.
- have led a one-year National DPP Lifestyle Change Program cohort.
How long does the training take?
The master training is 12 hours.
How much does it cost?
$1500 per master trainer. Please contact us to arrange for payment by check prior to attending the training. Checks made payable to "Touro University California c/o Diabetes Services".
We will require a copy of your DPP lifestyle coach training certificate, the name of the organization that you are coaching for, the beginning and end dates and the location of the DPP cohort where you coached. We will notify you with future training dates and will send you an application form to supply the information we need prior to training.
